The agreement to start this Residents Association was taken at an inception meeting of residents on 8th September 2024.
A committee was duly formed and its first formal meeting was held on 29th September 2024.
A previous residents association was attempted around 2021 but ended within the year. The constitution for this association is based on that original with some minor tweaks.
With just 7 blocks of build to go the time of development here is ending and the period of community life is being established.
